DEAN LUMER
Managing Director
Dean Lumer co-founded Knadel Solutions after a 30 year career in the asset management industry. Dean has worked in the industry as an industry practitioner, management consultant and software consultant. Throughout much of this time Dean has advised many financial services organisations on the procurement of products and services from third party suppliers and how they govern and manage these relationships post procurement. Armed with this knowledge Dean has helped shape the evolution of SupplierVision and advises clients on how they can maximise the value from deploying such a supplier management system.

Dean has an MBA from the Open University, is a trustee of Sense International and when not running Knadel Software he enjoys skiing, trekking, music production, classic cars and golf.

PAUL MILLER
Chairman
Paul assisted in the original set up of Knadel Solutions. Paul is a leading figure in the Asset Management industry, most recently as the COO and Managing Partner at Sionic, a global consulting firm specialising in financial services. He will use his extensive experience to work with the team to build upon the success to date and the development of additional services to new and existing clients.

As a renowned specialist in the financial services industry with over 30 years’ experience, Paul provides expert advice to senior executives and board members across a large range of complex advisory and delivery programmes.
​
In his spare time Paul tries to balance out his love of food, wine & travel with golf, walking and running.
ROBERT HUPE
Practice Head
Robert is a highly experienced financial services practitioner and consultant, with a track record of developing operating models and vendor partnerships to enable Asset and Wealth Managers to achieve their strategic goals.
​
His most recent roles have seen him form part of the Alpha FMC UK Wealth Management Leadership team, and head a global Strategy and Proposition team at a major Bank where he ran the selection and implementation of a core investment platform.
Robert is passionate ensuring change delivers the desired outcomes in the most most robust and efficient manner.
​
In his spare time, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, playing and watching all kinds of sport, and exploring new cities and countries.
PATRICK MCCOURT
Product Manager
Patrick McCourt is Product Manager at Knadel Solutions, where he manages the technical development of SupplierVision and leads the support team behind the platform. Since joining Knadel in 2015, he has progressed through roles as Support Analyst and Product Support Manager, gaining deep insight into both client needs and system functionality. Patrick is the primary liaison between Knadel and the development team, ensuring that enhancements are aligned with user requirements. He played a key role in integrating SupplierVision with Power BI, improving reporting and usability.

Patrick holds a BA in Music from the University of Nottingham. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, live music, theatre, and running.
SOPHIE ANDERSON
Client Relationship Manager
Sophie Anderson is the Client Relationship Manager at Knadel Solutions. Sophie applies her personable, sociable and strong communication skills to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
Her key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, helping them smoothly transition into using SupplierVision as their supplier management system, training and collaborating to maximise and expand usage of the system in their business, organising client events, and ensuring we deliver ongoing exceptional support service. Working closely with our development team, she ensures that the clients' needs are not only met but exceeded. She understands that each client has unique requirements and ensures that each client feels valued by delivering tailored support.

Since joining in 2018 after graduating from the University of Kent with a First-Class Honours Degree in Philosophy, Sophie has progressed through various roles including product support and marketing and now client relationship management. She has therefore gained valuable experience on both the product and client side of the financial services industry.
​
Sophie's interests include fashion, travelling to new exotic places to soak up the culture, live music concerts, discovering new rooftop bars, playing netball and going to the theatre.
JOSEPH FLYNN
Product Support Analyst
Joseph Flynn joined Knadel Solutions in January 2025 as part of the Product Support team. With a background in History from the University of Warwick, he brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the role, helping clients navigate and maximise their use of SupplierVision.
​
His role involves providing training, troubleshooting technical queries, and working closely with the development team to enhance product functionality. He is eager to apply his research and communication skills to ensure clients receive the best possible support.
​
In his spare time, Joseph enjoys travelling, surfing, sport and live music events.
